3. Product Authenticity and Decanting Process

Authenticity: All fragrances are sourced from genuine, original bottles.

  • Decanting: We transfer perfumes into new, sterile atomizers using hygienic methods to preserve the integrity of the scent.
  • Packaging: Our samples are labeled clearly, indicating the fragrance name and brand.

4. Orders and Payments

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as listed on our website.
  • Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not signify acceptance of your order; we reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
  • Shipping: We currently ship within Australia using Australia Post. Delivery times may vary based on location. Standard 2-8 business days, Express 1-4 business days.
  • Tracking: Once dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products:

  • Returns: We do not accept returns or exchanges.
  • Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. We will assess and, if applicable, offer a replacement or refund.
